farm. This farm is 11.3 acres highway frontage, directly across from a boat
launch to the Gulf. Private entrance gates with paved driveway. There are two
acres of landscaping, grapefruit, satsuma's, fig's, lemons, pecans and many
flowering plants and shrubs. There are over 70 100 year old live Oaks. There is
a large (4) stall barn with hay and feed room with video camera and monitor in
the main house to watch those mini babies. The house is creole ranch style with
large front poarch 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath 2 car garage. 1 acre pond stocked for

Our pride and joy herd sire, Stock Market's Cash Royalty, received the
National NMDA Champion High Point Miniature Donkey title at The Great
Celebration Mule and Donkey Show in Shelbyville, TN on July 6-8, 2006. This
award is given to the Miniature Donkey that has the most points accumulated
throughout the show in performance classes. This is a great honor and we are
proud of Royal. Our junior herd sire, Stock Market's Cash Bonus, won the
NMDA Champion High Point Green award for performance at The Great Celebration
Mule and Donkey Show in Shelbyville, TN on July 12-14, 2007.
