Mountain View Farm is located in beautiful, rural Blairstown, New Jersey. We
raise healthy, sweet-natured, registered miniature donkeys and registered small
standard donkeys. Our two breeding jacks are extremely laid-back and gentle. Our
jennets are friendly and are good mothers. Each foal born at Mountain View Farm
receives a complete foal check by our vet within 24 hours after birth. He is
vaccinated against tetanus and is given a preventative antibiotic. He spends the
next 5 months with his jennet, being handled, and being prepared for his new
owner. We strive to breed for color and conformation, however our philosophy is,
no matter how handsome or pretty a donkey is, his or her disposition is just as
important. We want the new owners of our donkeys to be as happy with them as we
are. If you're looking for a show, a companion, or a guardian donkey, we might
